CENT ROLL MOSTLY 1959 1959D

    Opened a cent roll yesterday and most of the coins were 1959 and 1959D. Also a few
    1970's, 1960's, but the majority was 1959's.Had to have been a collector's roll that
    for whatever reason, ended up in someone else's hands would be my guess. 1959D2.jpg

    Cool find, may have been from the coin release earlier this year.

    I thought it was a cool find too alurid....I just love opening up a coin roll and finding
    something like that...But then, who doesn't? :happy:

    Thanks Islander, yeah I did hear about a 1959 wheat found so when I saw all of these 1959's that's the first thing I looked for, and did I find any?...Nope...
    But....Thanks for sending me that webpage!! I will be digging all the 1959's back out again to have another look at them....Thanks!

    There's only one 59-D wheat and it's a fake coin.
