    Well my best box yet! Box 21 for me had more silver than all the previous boxes. 2 - 1966's, 2 - 1967's, 3 - 1968D's, 1 - 1969D, a 1979S proof and 11 NIFC's. Box 21.jpg

Brought my last 2 boxes of halves from SoCal home to Texas yesterday. Went through them today and found: 1 x 1964 & 3 x 40%ers. Still have a full quarter box from there to go through. Tomorrow I head over to my neighboring town for my once a month run to try for half dollar coin counter bags and any boxes I can find. HH everyone!

Quick penny box hunt today yielded 23 wheats, 8 Canadians (1 young head), and 3 2009s (Birthplace, Formative Yrs, Prof Life). Best of the box: a lustrous 1950-D and a 1941-S (just don't see 'em that often).

Went through another box of quarters. Lots of 2019D's, 3-2019P's and no W's. But I did get this 1942 quarter! Box 2 Quarters.jpg

Picked up 5 boxes of halves and a partial bag off of a coin counting machine today. Opened all of the boxes, no enders. :wacky:Will search them later. The partial bag ($285) had some interesting items.
    2 x 1967
    1 x 1968-D
    2 x 1974-D DDO

    Enjoy the pictures!

1 bank tonight had $200 mwr halves...A Cu-Ni sports commemorative, my first, was the only find of interest...impaired, but I’ll keep it

So, the 5 boxes I picked up yesterday have been poor so far. 1st 3 boxes = skunks. They did give up (all in rough shape):
    1987-P
    1987-D
    1974-D DDO
The 4th box had a lone silver:
    1952-D Franklin
One more box to go, hope it’s better!

1 bank tonight had $2.50 loose halves and 2 shiny Ikes. My favorite teller there offered to place an order for halves for me, but I passed.

Nothing in the halves, but the Ikes are kinda fun to occasionally find even if they’re worth only $1

Short $40 nickel hunt today produced a badly damaged buffalo. Because of the pitting, I went ahead and nic-a-dated it. 1915, Philly.

$50 in mwr halves yielded nada. Today is dump day for my re-rolled halves. I wonder how many of my own rolls I will get in my next order...*rolls eyes*

Picked up 2 boxes of halves today since I was out and about buying an "Elf on the Shelf" for my son (wife) off of craigslist. ugh.
Anyways, 2 boxes brought my silver skunk box to 6.
    2 boxes gave up: 4xProofs (76Sx2, 80S, 92S), 87D NIFC, and a stickered Korean War coin.
Hoping that tomorrow's 4 boxes break the skunk streak.

My quarter box I brought home from SoCal did not have any Ws. I did find a handful of Unc State Quarters and a 2015-S Blue Ridge Parkway business strike. It’s got a few dings, but I think it’s cool since only 1,049,000 were minted.

Another $40 nickel hunt today produced a 1930 buffalo and a very worn 1943-S war nickel.

    Hello,
I found this 1966 Penny in the very first roll from a box of pennies that I purchased from my local bank yesterday. It appears to have doubling on both the obverse and reverse. Let me know what you think. Thank you.

Picked up the weekly 4 boxes of halves and 2 boxes of cents.
    Cents were solid 2019P AGAIN:punch::mad::banghead::yack::rage:
But the halves broke my 6 box skunk streak:
    1x Gold plated, 2xProof (87S, 14S), 3x90%ers (62D Franklin, 64Px2), 26x40%ers :)

Tough week, Christmas silver has not shown up here in West Texas. My spreadsheet shows that January, 2019 was much better than December, 2018. Maybe in for a repeat? Searched the equivalent of 9-1/2 boxes this week and found 7 silvers. That's about twice my weekly boxes searched. Anybody else dread dumping halves, especially when you don't have much to show for it? I still have another batch of about $400 to dump. :yack: Hoping next week is better. HH everyone!
