Neat, if the note isn't in terrible condition, it could bring some premium, however, the market for fancy serial numbers isn't huge...

Nice serial but photos would be nice and helpful. Condition is everything when it comes to paper money.

Sure. That site is rating the rarity by the print run size, which is listed as a number in the table a little farther down. These days, a full-length print run is 3,200,000 star notes, so a run of that size gets rated all the way at the "less rare" end of the scale. Shorter/rarer runs tend to have sizes like 320,000 notes or 128,000 notes. Just last month the BEP reported printing a run of 25,000 star notes, which is crazy short--the collectors are going to have a fun time looking for that one. (It's 2017 $1 A06400001* - A06425000*, if you want to join the hunt!)

I just found 2017 A Pennsylvania(C) $2 Star note bundle which is also fancy serial number. How much is it worth? I see one bill going for around $20 currently on ebay(bidding)

That's not a fancy number, just different.

The entire pack should go for anywhere between $350-$650. Selling the notes individually would bring more money but take much longer. Probably between $20-$30 a note, mostly because no one has them yet and they’re fairly new to the market.

What are considered as fancy serial numbers? I have bunch of notes which I believed as fancy serial numbers all these days.

That's a loaded question. There are many types that are considered fancy numbers so I would suggest you do some research.
