New to coin collecting. Is this an error?

My friend got me interested in error coins and am just wondering ig If this is an double die, misalignment. I think this 1982 date is large. And the glowing Lincoln in pillars looks cool but. Yes any input to see if this was an error. Thank you also I don’t know the weight of the cent but I’ll have access to a digital scale later. Also I noticed LIBERTY is closer to Lincoln than other coins I‘be seen that are similar

All I see is a slight MAD, a misaligned die. That is why LIBERTY is closer to Lincoln. Look at the rim. It's very common. Welcome to CT.

 

The correct terminology is Doubled Die. Looks to be just die deterioration doubling. Not a true Doubled Die variety.

Misaligned Die Stike - yes.. Nothing major

Yes to Large date. Normal Philadelphia minted (no mint mark)

Glowing Lincoln has nothing to do with mint errors
