Found this dollar bill today. On the left side of washington everything looks so scrunched together and wierd. Then on the next post is a regular bill.
At the top center of the note it looks like either a repair because it was torn, or a print adjustment line.....I see nothing else that "looks funny" RickieB

The black portion of the overprint (the Fed seal and the four 12's) is shifted a little low, yes. But the shift isn't large enough to be considered an error, so this one's spendable. If the Fed seal were, say, overlapping the left-hand serial number, *then* you'd have a valuable error note.
the shift is indeed too minor to be considered an error, no "points of contact" as for value, the value for a minor shift wpu;d not be that much, better than face, but no new sports car this note is as nice an example as you could hope to add as a variety: and this is only worth about $600.00, so no new sports car here eitherthought i would share:smile
