I AM BOYCOTTING THIS THREAD. LET ME UNDERSTAND... YOU "BOUGHT" THESE COINS??? No, no, no... @galba68 ALWAYS has cool coins that he FOUND in the soil... I think the Moon is gonna nova, and the heavens are going to crash down... I am lost... BTW, great captures! Well done.
Nice coins and it proves once in awhile you have to get coins like all the rest of us regular folks on the Forum do who do not have access to the Elysian Fields studded with great coin finds...
Ha ha..Im collector of countermarked coins, but when an acquaintance offered me this Domitian denarius for 20 dollars, I couldn't say no..
I'm not into sports but I do like agonistic urns. Valerian Anazarbus, Cilicia AE26 Valerian Anazarbus, Cilicia AE26 Valerian I, Gallienus and Valerian II - Nikomedia AE25 I have no idea about the c/m.
@dougsmit....Really like the V-G-V.....I was actually looking at one over on vcoins yesterday and nearly went for it but the VII portrait was blown away so decided to wait for a better specimen...Glad I did after seeing yours, very nice!..Looks to have a nice patina too..
