Just found a 2001 D Vermont quarter that I believe is improperly annealed but would like a second third and fourth opinion so please everyone let me know what you think. IMG_20191129_204555360.jpg IMG_20191129_204606881.jpg IMG_20191129_204824639.jpg

I'm not sure clad coins are annealed.

I'm not sure maybe improperly annealed is the wrong term for this quarter.

[IMG] would this be an error that the coin is this color?

No. Normal environmental toning to the clad.

Environmental damage not an annealing issue.
