LOOKS TO ME , DOUBLE FACE INVERTED FACE,,, YOU SEE THE EAR ALMOST NEXT TO THE MOUTH.. SEE HIS NOSE AND MOUTH ALMOST ABOVE THE DATE AND MINTMARK.. POSSIBLE ROTATED DIE. NOT FOR SURE...

1942 nickel no mm same weight as my 1943 nickel with p above monument

 

Same weight as my1943 p mm above monument 4.7 grams

The 1942 is a normal circulated Nickel.

The Dime is a vice job. Another dime was pressed into it creating the incused and backwards lettering.

If you are finding nickels at 4.7 gr you should check your scale. Even worn down to unrecognizable they do lose they much. And any info from Incharge is suspect. Welcome to our world

 

Your right need new scale still under weight 4.8 same as my wartime nickel while all regular nickels 5.0
