it looks like part of the finger that is wrapping around the hand. I wouldn't consider it anything. I'm kicking myself for looking at so many pictures and now for taking the time to reply.... ugh
It is at least a coin and not some complete piece of trash that one normally sees here early in the morning...I will give you that.
It looks like the fleshy part of the pinkie nearest the knuckle, but it also looks like there is a small gouge which may confuse the issue. Chris

If you look at the three fingers grouped together, the center one is longer which would imply that it is the flying fickle finger of fate. An index finger next to it, and then another index finger poking outwards.
