Nickel Concepts

Does anyone have any of the concept nickel designs that were submitted to the mint for the official design? I know of a couple of collectors that have them,I think they are super interesting and would love to see more of them or possibly get my hands on one.

I wish they would come up with a better obverse design than the current one. That thing is hideous.

I've seen a few diff examples,would love to see more. Any insight or info on how many there may be would be appreciated.

 

My avatar is a concept nickel given to senators for review and approval. It ended up being the approved design the year following.

1938 mintage in matte proof and proof 2 coin matched numbered sets.

 

These are great,and neat too see. I'm more interested in the ones that didnt make the cut.
