    I found this in loose change yesterday. Is a die break considered an error ?
    What would you do with this coin ?
    What do you think this coin is worth?

    Depends on the type of Die Break.
    IDB's - Interior Die Breaks are usually minor and have no premium
    Cuds - Breaks involving the Rim and extending into the field carry a premium.

    If you show us a picture we can determine what you have.

    It doesn't really have a cud, just raised a little along the break line.

    Looks to be a retained cud. That's even better.
    I like it! (If I'm correct) someone else might give their comment on it.

    IMO.. Value - $10.00 - $20.00
