I think hes looking at the damage, thinking it was a cud....but just damaged

If you mean strikethrough from the other side of the eye from the other side there is no I on the other side of the Killeen but if you zoom it in on the photo that actually looks like an L

A minor die crack between T-I Below the date is damage and circulation wear. Major damage kinda kills any value it had
