Yeah, thats a toughie and could have gone either way. With the focus on luster so much, I would think that would help balance out the hits. 66 would not have been a suprise, but either is the 65, my first instinct reaction.

That should get a premium price tag. A nice coin. When your done with it, send it my way !!:hail:

And now I know who you purchased it from with that information. He is a first class man and one who has to be in the top 4-5 knowledgewise in the US with Lincolns. Ever want a real nice SVDB or 22 Plain, thats the man to see.

Is he in the state of Virginia? If so, I would have to agree fully with that comment.

Why the oblique references to the seller? C'mon, spit it out!

I don't collect the Lincolns, but that is an absolutely beaut!

All I can say is that I wish all my 65's looked that good and, probably, a few of my 66's.

I was thinking Andy Skrabalak in Virginia, one of the high enders when it comes to Lincolns, they have some real beautys and the experience and knowledge of the series it takes to deal in the high enders succesfully. Store name is AngelDees.

He is a great guy to deal with. We have done a lot of business with him. He has one of the best eyes for Lincoln and Indian Cents. He is a great guy to sell to, as he will step out and pay very strong money for the right coins.
