1987 no mm possible error coin

    It's a Philadelphia penny. They usually don't have mint marks on pennies.

    2017 is an exception.

    No. The reason for the ridge circle is due to a worn die.

    No mint mark was minted a Philadelphia. Only the 2017 Cent has the P mint mark.

    One of those weird coin things all beginners find out quick. No "P" means "P" unless theres a "P" then thats a "P" too.....for most pocket change...like 99%.
