    ok thanks. I thought I found something special lol. The liberty letter are off to the edge.

    Welcome to Coin Talk. IMO all I see is a common date Roosevelt Dime. From your photos it appears the coin was struck by a slightly Misaligned Die.

    It looks like it was struck on worn dies made with an old hub that had been used long after it had expanded everything out towards the rims.

    Common and minor misaligned die strike. Add some circulation wear.
