Can anyone confirm what this error is? In God we trust area. I lean toward strike through because a die crack doesn't involve going up the top of rim. Any opinions?

It does appear to be a strikethrough...possibly a strand of thread...but you're wrong about a die crack not being able to extend onto the rim. What do you think a cud is?

Can you post photo's with different light directions? I'm thinking struck-through also, but part of it looks like a die crack in photos.

I'm at struck through thread. And die cracks can start and/or end at the rims or internally to the rims.

I thought die cracks stopped and/or started at the rim. Maybe the pics don't show it, but it is going up onto the rim. Thats why I thought die crack was out.

When a die cracks, sometimes it goes deep into the die. I've seen then 1"+ deep, from the surface down.
