someone switched the 1 with a 2 on the 1916-S!!!!!

 

So what are you going to get, the 26 or the 16?

 

A common mistake, I've made a similar mistake myself in the past, putting a slightly wrong date.

 

Lol i am not supprised things like that happen to heaps of postings that some1 does in a rowl, if you look at his 20k feedback you can understand why.

It's just a walker avatar I found with a mystery date. I absolutely m a fan of Walkers and Silver Eagles. The Obverse has been a favorite since I started collecting.

I still think he may be one of the graders for SGS eeven after looking at your post rlm.

 

I think the worst part about it is someone might pay for the 1926-S, get the 1916 and then want to complain. They won't ask the seller if the auction is for a 1926-S or a 1916. Then they will want to leave a negative. Looks like a simple mistake by the seller. Sigh!

 

Totaly true! How screwed up is that? When they know someone may have made a mistake, but play the fool because it gives them license to whine and leave a neg. Those people give me the heeby-jeebies.
