error quarter

here is a picture of my error quarter i have a few with errors but this one has the most obvious stamp error

Definitely a cool coin, coolcoin. Wonder how it happened.

The third die (the restraining collar) did not hold the coin, plus it was slightly off center in the die when struck.

I see, so the coin was tilted, not "seated." Looks like it..
