If the Reverse is centered correctly then yes it is misaligned on the Obverse.
Always show both sides of the coin for more clues.

Are non US errors welcomed? I have been told that their are a 'couple' of these but I have only ever seen the one. 20190525_143925.jpg 20190525_143938.jpg 20190525_143938.jpg 20190525_143925.jpg

I have one just like this, possibly a 1p planchet?

Sure! Why did you block out the numbers? The Barcode can be scanned and The same information would be found.

Apologies for the poor-quality photos but as I like it I wanted to share. This coin is currently in grading so it’s the best I can do image wise!

I suspect it’s a 50 pence struck on a 10 pence planchet and of course an off centre strike. I am only aware of one other like this but there maybe more out there.

Appears to be a plugged-up die. Very common in many years.

Sorry for the late reply. Your coin is worn and it's very difficult to see if you have anything. I do see some similarity to the 1938 S WRPM-003 shown on this site: http://doubleddie.com/967399.html
Also here: http://varietyvista.com/02a LC RPMs Vol 1/1938SRPM003.htm
I'm not saying that's what you have as I'm not an expert on error coins. Ask the experts: @Fred Weinberg; @JCro57; @furryfrog02; @paddyman98; @desertgem: @Paddy54; et al.

There are three edges, the leaf is struck over the "o" in one.

you should post clearer pictures. Maybe start a new thread concerning your coin. I never heard of a cent with 3 edges. Sounds like damage.
