Julia Domna and Caracalla, Marcianopolis / Seraphis head 5 assaria (reversed E) under Quintillianus. This coin is more commonly seen with the reverse bust facing right and the E not reversed.

Here is the "normal" version of this coin:

Faustina Jr FECVND AVGVSTAE stg l Dupondius.jpg
    Faustina II, AD 147-175.
    Roman oricalchum dupondius, 12.45 gm, 27.1 mm, 12 h.
    Rome, AD 157-161.
Obv: FAVSTINA AVGVSTA, bare-headed and draped bust, right.
Rev: FECVND AVGVSTAE S C, (Faustina as) Fecunditas standing left, between two children (thought to represent Faustina III and Lucilla), holding two infants in her arms (thought to represent Commodus and Antoninus).
    Refs: RIC 1636; BMCRE 977-979; Cohen 97; RCV 5294.
    Notes: Ex-Henry Chapman, 1921.

    And here is the variant:

Faustina Jr FECVND AVGVSTAE stg r as.jpg
    Faustina II, AD 147-175.
Roman AE As, 8.46 gm, 25 mm.
    Rome, AD 157-161.
Obv: FAVSTINA AVGVSTA, bare-headed and draped bust, r.
Rev: FECVND AVGVSTAE SC, (Faustina as) Fecunditas standing r., between two children, holding two infants in her arms.
    Refs: RIC-1636 var.; Sear-5294; BMC-977 var.; Strack 1337.
Notes: The BMC listing for 977 notes, "variant of rev., Fecunditas standing r., Vatican Coll-". Strack notes, "Fecunditas standing R sestertius in Paris, middle bronzes in Vatican, Munich, Stuttgart, Bologna, Gotha + Basel l, 1934, 1385"

It's easier to see when their reverses are compared side-to-side:

Faustina Jr FECVND AVGVSTAE middle bronze reverse types.jpg

Next: Two children or more on a coin.
