    Hey Coin Talk Folks,

I have been watching some Cent rolls that this Seller has and finally got around to looking at what else he has up for auction and I am glad that I did! It is nice to find a decent and honest eBay Seller that has more than fair...make that great prices on most of his' coins! Heck, some of the "Buy It Now" Prices that he has on some of the coins, is nearly half the prices (values) that are shown in Coin Values or PCGS. Although I don't subscribe to the Greysheets, I would bet that some of the prices are way below Greysheet bid.

The link below is to one of his auctions but you might want to click on the "View the sellers other items:" link and check out all of his' coins and prices!

Is there really any honest sellers on e-bay?

    Harry,

I hope that my customers and potential bidders on my items, feel that way about me! I have only one Negative Feedback and that was from another Seller that pulled a switch-a-roo on me. He manipulated a same Date and Mint coin in an attempt to make it appear like it was the one I won but it was not the same coin. I had to file a Dispute with PayPal to get my money back, then I gave him a Negative Feedback which he truly deserved and he retaliated with a Negative Feedback. Well that is another story that can be found in another Thread here on Coin Talk!

If i look at the coins I have purchased on ebay, I would have to say that at least 75% didn't look like the the photo of the coin or were overgraded by the seller. No offense, but it is so easy to take 5 pictures of a coin (hide the ones that show flaws) and put the best looking one on ebay.

Though I have purchased coins on ebay and the internet, I would rather see them in person now. I will take a coin from dealer or a coin show over e-bay anyday.

There are some good dealers on ebay. You just have to find them. Sometimes it's a crapshoot though.

Not all sellers on ebay are bad.

The huge numbers of garbage sellers and cheats has just overshadowed them. Do your homework and ask questions.

This subject has been beaten to death but YES THEY DO EXIST.

    Frank:
I did not check all of the prices, but they seem fair.
That said, I do not like some of his sales.
Example: the 1938 D Walking Libs.
For sale, yet he shows a picture of three different ones.
Apparently, from the price the sale is for one piece, so, do you get to chose which one you want? Or pot luck.
Sorry, just show me the one that is for sale.
    The others, who cares.

    Here is the 1938 D: http://cgi.ebay.com/1938-D-Walking-...ryZ41100QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

also multiple pieces for the 1921 Peace (#2) and the '09 VDB (#3).
