@Cody Fout @Sinis1 ...start new threads for decent responses. Cody....pictures or it didn’t happen. Sinis1...that looks like deterioration of the reverse die. Spark

Just a rhetorical question, but since Sinis1 is the OP on this thread, can he ask about other of his own coins here, on the thread he started, or should he start a new thread for each of his different coins?

Another way to put it : Can an OP hijack his own thread?

    lol

The logic dictates if you change to a different date or denomination, you will get better exposure and responses by creating a new thread...Spark

Graded examples do command a premium depending on what the grade is, a coin dealer may be helpful in determining the grade and whether or not it's a good idea to submit it for a grade. From my limited experience I see more error coins graded by ANACS than the other 3 top TPG'S, you can have your coin attributed prior to submitting and they will provide documentation of the coins error to you, however with this coin it's very obvious what it is. Graded examples vary in price both of the coins below were reasonably priced and won at a non ebay auction, personally I won't buy an unslabbed coin for several reasons, I think the other posts are correct in the evaluation of around $15 ungraded. Good luck to you and nice find.

Personally I feel that under $200 is a good thing for young people who are interested in numismatics and don't have a big budget to spend on coins, something needs to spark their interest and stop them from trying to flip junk on eBay and pay more attention to the real world of the hobby. Granted, maybe this isn't a good example but what about the next one that may deserve a grade and they just give up?

You have insulted someone here in every post you have made on this forum. Why?

    Quick answer : NO
Longer answer : Paddy is very knowledgable and has many, many years as an error collector. He has many, many errors in his collection, that he uses as examples of different types of errors. He is very helpful to newbies and experienced alike. He has ENORMOUS respect from myself and virtually every other member of Coin Talk !!.
In short, respect the man. I'm sure he knows much more about coins than either you or I.
