He was the one buying ANACS problem coins, graded AU's, and AT'ing coins, then breaking them out, selling them as "problem free", usually MS, and at really marked up prices.

I learned this from a CU member who follows him as well. I have not messed with him in a long time, why bother.

 

Jack and I had fond memories of him at the Long Beach show.

A dealer had a bunch of Morgans cheap. Why? All were in ANACS "problem" holders.
