no, bsbtraders was naru'd for whatever reason and based on Cody's physical proximity to the banned accounts address eBay ruled that Cody's account is an alt for the banned guy so they linked the accounts internally and banned Cody. If Cody were 18 and legal to have an eBay account this is something that could be straitened out, usually they ask for a copy of his driver's license and they reactivate the account, however since the account is unauthorized and Cody lied to get it when he signed up and verified that he was of age he is in a tenuous position in regards to reactivating the account. eBay will want some proof of his true identity to verify that he isn't the other guy and he can't really give it because of his age.
It's under my dad's name, thats how i got the account. I should be able to get it back, but eBay's costomer service is ungodly slow....
One time I had someone that was about 13 or so bid on some auctions I had on Collectors Universe when they had auctions, this was when eBay was still toddling. Anyway this bidder explained they just bid on the auctions just for the fun of it. Now those are people that give the more mature young adults a bad name. The problem with eBay is that they cannot weed out responsible young adults from irresponsible ones. Heck, they cannot even weed out irresponsible older adults that seemingly never matured out of childhood.
