I found a double die 1967 half dollar? Doubling on the forehead all the way down to the neck. In addition, doubling on "In God we trust" also. Has anyone ever heard of finding one similar and how much it is worth?

Usually the doubling found on the profile of the 1967 half dollars is from MDD (machine damage doubling), not from a doubled die. There are no 1967 listings that have profile doubling has PUP…1966 is the year where profile die doubling is common. A photo would help!

    1) welcome to the forum.
    2) without pictures it is difficult to say, it could be just strike doubling, which is worthless, or something very good.

As you can see from the forehead to the neck and others. So what do you think?

    It looks like strike doubling.
Look at the flat, shelf like appearance of hte 'doubling'.

    I don't believe a DDO.

Thank you for your reply. So what do you think it's worth?

Yeah, I'd have to agree it is MDD.
