Exact opposite problem here in California. All Ds, no Ps. I wrote it here or somewhere else before, Ps are almost as rare as circulation Ss here.

I'm really enjoying this thread and seeing all the coins you're finding. Are you also looking for die chips? I've noticed when searching Jeff's I find a lot of die chips on the rev. from 2015-2018. Mostly to the left of Monticello and below in the lettering. Lots of chips in O's in Monticello. Looking forward to seeing the grand tally.

Absolutely true here in Texas. Its like finding a V Nickel if you can find a 2009P

Yeah I pull all good size die chips. They are somewhat common for the small die chips. So I try to pull the BIG CHUNK ones. They are 99.9% Philadelphia. If I find a Denver die chip I always keep it even if it is small die chip as Denver's quality control is better and is a lot harder to find die chips with Denver's nickels.

    please recheck your sources.

    San Fran closed in 1956.

Otherwise there wouldn't be any 1955 S cents or dimes

I seem to remember that the San Francisco mint (and others like West Point) coined for the other mints mandated quotas. Die sets weren’t produced there but production occurred.

Is that 1959D a DDO? Just a little distant and out of focus to tell but the IGWT seeming to give a broader reflection in the troughs of the letters. Could be just glare.

I suppose it's just different perspective or viewpoint, but I cannot tell you in words how ecstatic I would be to find a 1939 Philadelphia. Well, I guess any year Philadelphia. Against all odds (I'm sure I should be diagnosed with ADD), I am enjoying this post immensely. Thank you for your time and efforts!

I appreciate the kind words. It takes a lot of devoted hours a week to keep up with the thread. Getting my boxes every week from a number of banks. About 10-12 boxes a week, taking photos and editing them as well. Dumping my change at my credit union a few times a week. I calculate about 35-40 hours a week go into this wonderful hobby I enjoy. Not including my full time job as well!

But i have been doing this for years and enjoy every minute of the process. I understand not everyone has the time like me (I'm single,no kids, etc) but I do see myself pulling this off :)

I finished the last roll of my 2 case education on nickels. Finally got a buffalo.

Now, i am collapsing the collection to get rid of the chaf. Next comes the newest numismatic adventure....

I will revisit the thread daily with great memories.

    Per Gardaworld Armored Services.

All coins come in bags to brinks, et al.. They are then opened an rolled. My rolls come from Orlando.

More importatly, my activities have no affect on the quality of my draw. I have been woried during dry spells.
