It's round! It's brown! It's worth one cent!

It's also the year I acquired my first Morgan silver dollar gambling in the poolroom.:greedy:

It appears to be a 1957 circulated Cent, I'm not seeing anything special. Possibly a die chip on the reverse. Jmo

It's in pretty good shape, definitely a keeper. Wheat stalks are well defined and traces of original luster. Not worth much money-wise but a great addition to a wheatie collection.

If you’re putting Lincolns in a Dansco album, add that one.

Nothing real special but it is in great shape (condition) for its age so it's a keeper.

I was just being honest. What I dislike is people who come here demanding that everyone act the way they want them to act. If you don't want honesty, run for Congress.

Back at you! Exactly what attitude were you referencing after your cryptic & "average cent" post? Why not suggest what you think you are seeing & post better pics? It may be nice to engage the group on how you acquired it & what your collecting tendencies are, etc.

As you can see, we have a variety of collectors, some less discerning than others.

@Lisa Brown Cuccio we do tire of cryptic post titles. It’s hard to guess just what someone is looking for sometimes. And the scope of information can be rather in depth with some coins. So when members post general questions about common coins it gets rather frustrating. Such questions like the yours can be rather open ended and hard to know where to start and end so some just give clipped short answers. I experienced it when I was new but recognized early what not to do.
Please don’t let this dissuade you, you will learn how to post so as not to elicit short condescending sounding answers.

    Hope this helps.
