No.. they are not.

 

There is a DDO on the Apollo commem, both the business strike and proof versions. That's pretty cool, because you don't find DDOs very often on commems or proofs: http://varietyvista.com/2019PDDO002 Apollo 11 dollar.htm

 

Last year it probably would’ve been the lightly frosted 2018-S reverse proof Kennedy Half Dollar. I don’t know if it’s still as hyped as it was last year.

 

The "Shredded Lincoln" is my favorite.
