    the 62 and 64 dates have been dipped by coin brightener. I wouldn't call that cleaning, but its brightening if you understand.

    But if a brighter used then that would be cleaned and does that mean they loss all value as a coin

    If that’s the case the cleaned cents loose any collectible value and revert to face value.
