That just looks like excessive wear and dirt

Sorry, but that appears to be environmental damage. One sure way to check is to weigh it.

EDIT: Nevermind, I thought I found a double die, but upon a closer look, it was a trick of lighting.

Checking the code you use to bring the photo from your computer, it is a "pdf-converted" image ?? and then passed trough a secondary source/program? and our site doesn't seem to be able to use it. Jim

Okay, so 1 only got 4 boxes today as the Columbus Day holiday delayed one of my boxes. 2 of the 4 boxes did not have enders. The 3rd box had a bonus Sacajawea dollar sitting in the recess of the end of the roll. So, I’m a dollar up, lol. But the 4th box had 3 enders including a reverse Barber ender - my first Barber from a roll (I got a handful of Barbers from a teller once)! That will be a fun box, I will save it for last and search it with my wife. ;)

@TexAg, over the last 5 years of my searching half dollar rolls I have had Kenders (maybe 12), Benders (1), and Wenders (1), but never a Barbender, CONGRATS!

Thanks @berto! I have searched 458,000 halves to find my first Barber (Barbender, lol).

This is going to make @TexAg ’s week look horrible comparably:
2 boxes of halves - skunk
    2 boxes of quarters -
    1xLowell “W”, 2xAMP “W”, 1xGuam “W”, and a Panama 25c. This almost brought me back to even from the “W”s I sent out to CT’ers this week.
2 boxes of cents to go.

I am sitting on like 60+ AMPs, 10ish Lowells, and 10ish Guams. Haven’t seen a single San Antonio.
