2007 P IDAHO Quarter Oddity

Hi Everyone! Thanks for all your previous help and advice you have given me. I have another one. 2007 P Idaho with some sort of blemish on both obverse and reverse. Is it post mint? Is it rare? I’ve been looking and would guess grease strike through maybe? Thanks for any knowledge.

That is a grease strike. Quite common and comes in all sorts of shapes and sizes.
You'll find 2019 Quarters that have the same effect.

Good eye. Some type of struck thru grease. It happened during the minting process. For whatever reason, it's common on these things.
