Late Empire (ish)?

    Got some oldies for you guys. Ive had no luck on the inscriptions, so I came here. Buffalo nickel is for comparison. I believe that they're very let empire (Valens of Valentinian, Arcadius, Romulus Augustus, etc.). I just need a general idea of what they might be and I'll do the rest.     Upper left is a votive of Constantius II. The reverse image is upside down. It says VOT/XX/MVLT/XXX.

    Bottom right looks like a SPES REPVBLICAE, emperor-with-globe-and-spear type, dating from, I think 355-361 A.D., making it either Constantius II or Julian II.

    SWAG: Upper right Valentinain III (with shortened obverse inscription-D N VALEN- P F AVG?), Victory reverse?
