The owner of the resort hotel I’m staying at says he has all 12 districts set in MS in his safe. What kind of value do these have and what should I look for if I get to see them tonight? He also says he has an old 10 dollar bill that is funny looking. Hope to get some pics for y’all

What does the A4 and A1034 mean on the Barr B 1963 bill mean

 

The A4 is the plate position.
The A1034 is the plate number.
