Other than this line through the wheat stalk, I am not sure what you are asking about. If raised, it could be a die crack. If incuse, can't tell without better pictures, but judging by the rest of the coin, I will say a scratch as it is quite damaged.
No, it's still there, but damage has made the last 'T' go away. Still has everything else. The coin should be round; this one is not and T was a casualty.

PMD, just a badly worn and abused 93 year old coin. Someone might use it as a hole filler, but wouldn't pay much for it. Welcome to CT BTW.
