Hmm. As far as I’m aware I don’t think it’s possible for a one sided penny to exist. But I’m no expert. Still, the blank is a cool collection or sale piece.

 

Blanks are unstruck.. One sided blank is usually post mint damage. Your blank is worth $2.00 - $5.00

What does it weigh? You can tell if it is pre 1982 (3.1g) or post 1982 (2.5g) by weighing it.

You can make a crude balance scale. Mark the balance point then put a known cent on one end

No not really. However if you decide to sell it down the road this question may come up.
