Technically, it's an authentic IHC. It is simply OS to a fantasy date IHC.
I'm sure you can find some others that are similar if you tried.

An interesting thing that I noticed with this toner is that there was a very similar one which is only one cert number apart, same grade, also sold at GC, and brought about the same amount.

 

What's the BP on a $1 coin anyway ???
