I know there is a thread for good deals/special offers, but I can't find it. Perhaps an admin could move it later, but I saw this in the LA Times this morning...
OK, they are offering at "spot" which they take to mean the amount an ounce of silver sells for...$17.17 eh...my LCS has them for $15
But the spot price for the .77 oz of silver in them is $13.51 (silver is $17.54 at the time of this posting.) "Rare coins and bullion are totally immune from bankruptcy" If you file for bankruptcy you have to list all your assets, that would include your rare coins and bullion, "Private and unconfiscatable. (pre 1933 coinage)" No it was exempt from recall under the 1933 gold order. That doesn't guarantee that it would be immune under a new gold recall order. New order can have new rules. "No sales tax on rare coins and bullion acquisitions" Depends on where you live. Ohio just lost their sales tax exemption yesterday.
