I have two 1920 lincoln cents one from the Philadelphia mint and another from the San Francisco mint looks to have doubling on the lincon cent from the San Francisco mint on the year and also the mint mark. feedback please and thank you all. just was able to get back on here as got a new phone #.

was thinking maybe it could be rare, not sure. the mint mark is doubled and also some of the lettering. I haven't seen no listings either. I could be wrong as I'm not too good with coins. but I do have a few that are oddd ddm so.
Ive looked for this also and i dont see it anywhere. And is looks to have a double date and double mint mark.
Heres another pic its somewhat blurry but you can see the double date and double mint mark. What do you think the value would be and would it be worth getting graded.
I think your coin has Machine Doubling which does not add any value to it. The mintmark shows doubling also and that would not happen on a Doubled Die coin as the mintmark are applied after the die is made. No value add and no grading. IMO.
If a coin has DDD, MD or any number of other types of doubling it's known as a NAV or No Added Value Doubling. It's not a Doubled Die by any means. Mint marks were hand stamped so doubling is common and again, adds no value.
It's good to push a discussion item a bit to get the broader input and expand the learning. You'll see a number of MD coins that look like the real DDO/DDR specimens at the start, but as you hone your skills and eyes, it'll become more apparent. Sticking a few MD examples in labeled flips will help develop a comparison set that will help you as you search. Good luck and keep looking; there are so many DDO/DDR specimens out there in the wild just waiting to be plucked.
