If they are packaged like I think in hard pastic , you probably should leave them in ,if you still want them out , you'd have to break the case open as they are probably sonicly sealed . Just be real careful. rzage
Very carefully....use a sharp set of sissors. Had a devil of a time myself but in the end I did prevail.
I usually use a pair of tin snips on tough plastic packaging. Lots of strength & torqe to wisk easily through the tough stuff. I have'nt yet opened any sealed coins, but i bet it will work very nicely! Not the old style bulky type tin snips, but the newer scissor-like kind.
