PCGS forum deletes member accounts

I think that TPGS are less concerned about grading a SE with some minor spots that are already on the coin because there is no longer any guarantee!

Looks like CU is ban happy again, although they only banned one member in that political argument but not the other.

I didnt even notice RogerB got banned again.

 

How many posts do you think it would take me to get banned?

 

I dont think you'd get banned. From seeing Heather Boyd's avatar, she's a dog lover lol.

They banned Larua Sperber, and all she does is praise PCGS and CAC.

 

Dimeman is only on a time out for not listening to a warning. Someone asked about it the other day

 

I regard CU as all-business and approach it accordingly. We talk about coins here and have fun — within reasonable parameters doing it. That’s why CT is my No. 1 site.

 

They banned Mark "The Professor" Feld there once. BTW, what happened to Mark? He used to be a regular around these parts.

 

Mark got banned there twice but is back on CU. He also still post on the NGC forum. He left here for reasons that only he can say. Great guy. Wish he still posted here.

I've read some stuff. She doesn't like you at all. Those CAC arguments on CU were ugly, and to be honest I find her childish to say the least.

 

Well her main account anyways. Dont know if she has an alt. They banned her because she kept putting down the DL Hanson collection and the mods had to go through and clean up that thread. Thats when she was banned.

 

I think she has been banned several times over the years. She is not very friendly to most members.

 

Me too, Larry. It was sort of weird how he powdered-off from here, too, and by that I mean, without any animosity or controversy I can recall, rather, he just sort of went "poof." Sort of like the way unflattering threads have gone on PCGS back when I hung out there, that is to say, before they kicked edited out.

 

She has a very strange business model. Most coin companies want to keep real and potential big customers happy. She insults them in public. Why would you want to insult a guy like Hanson if you are in the business of selling coins?

I purchased a 5 figure coin from her once and was the underbidder in one of her auctions on a 5 figure piece another time. After her repeated insults, I want nothing to do with her.
