LOL 625 Wheaties for $60. 50 in the teens 50 in the twenties 50 in the thirties 50 S-mints 425 random (read 40's and 50's)
I’ve never seen The Coin Vault. It’s not carried by my cable provider. I jaunted over to their Web site. A few minutes was quite enough.
10 cents a wheatie ain't that bad is it? Free shipping, pre-sorted almost? One of their lowest markups.
A dime each, that isn't any fun at all to me! Normally if I run into one of those shows and I'm really busy, it will become my background noise!
They say 50 S mint, but those 50 could be from the 40's and 50's so make that 475 from the 40's and 50's
This was probably 10 years ago, but I used to buy wheats by the 1000 for 40 bucks. A dealer used to sell coins in an antique store and he would always have a bag or two for sale. What was great, was there was always a great mix of teens through 50s all mint marks and even had a good amount of steel. Still own every single wheat, they sit in about a dozen quart sized mason jars now. Each jar holds 1200 cents.
"Sealed" evidence bags. I caught a little of that and had to go take a shower to wash that mess off me.
The "Evidence" bags make people think they must be something special. You can buy the bags for $39 per hundred bags.
Today's airing of The Coin Vault replayed the same segment. The "compare to" price is $673.75 (they don't say, but I assume they are grabbing the most expensive price they can find on Littleton's site).
Easy. He pays for the time. The TV provider is not responsible legally for his business practices or the accuracy of his claims.
