Common sense should tell you that it is nothing more than "road rash". Do you really think the US Mint would pay someone to make a die for just one coin like this?

    What he said. It's roadkill.

Toss it in a wishing well. That's likely the only place you'll get your money's worth outta that one. :yack:

I will say the pattern of the gouges has a kind of Salvador Dali-esque surrealism to it, though. It's so nasty it's almost ... art. ;)

Please! Don't give him any ideas. It's bad enough that he hasn't learned a single thing from the 367 posts he has made since he joined on 8/6/19. If he had, he wouldn't be asking these ridiculous questions.

Sometimes it reminds me of Facebook and people posting selfies all day.

Are we expected to have your level of knowledge in one month? Don't be so harsh.

Granted, there are many steps in the "ladder of learning", but he insists on remaining on the ground expecting someone to carry him up.

Seriously? You really think thats the Memorial?

I have a coin for you!!! Im dead serious. You can have it for $50,000...thats a special price only for you! The mint actually made a die that has our future president on it from the year 2070! I found it in pocket change because I am special. I know Im right and the hundreds combined years of experience that contribute to this site are completely wrong in their assessment.

Dude, just stop for the sake of coins! Put the camera down. Maybe its time to switch hobbys and collect garbage pail kid cards or something. You are off to a pretty bad start.

Maybe tennis balls for collecting. Somebody on Ebay would probably buy it also. If it does, I'm getting ready to 'discover' some memorial cents that I would be interested in passing on to some collectors for a good price.

I most likey would find the craziest insane rare whatever it was ,,stop hating on my most unique find..if it WAS NOT AUTHENTICALLY 100% REAL NONE F YOU WOULD CARE.

I do not care about the coin. It is 100% damaged. I would not pay a replacement cent for it. I do feel sorry for your situation in life, but you must cut down your bravado and accusations and try to read and learn from the forum or your participation may be limited. Jim

This coin must be so special. This is the second thread the OP created for it.

You are a beginner like me so take your time and learn from the experts. It's a fun hobby but complicated if you don't understand how coins are minted and even with that understanding the hobby remains difficult because larcenous folks are out there to dupe us and take our money.
