I’ve had this penny-sized ancient coin for several years now after finding it in a foreign coin box. Any insight on its origin, ruler, and the date range is appreciated.

I'd hate to be a bother anymore but, I have one more coin I'd like attributed as I believe it is Byzantine in origin. Furthermore, if possible, could anyone possibly direct me to any free and knowledgable online sources regarding ancient coins?
