they open easily with a sharp tool, on the edge, wont even damage the plastic if careful, plus their not airtight. only stupid question is the one not asked.

Like @Autoturf and @Collecting Nut said, very gently, easy and slowly with an x-acto knife. They come apart very easy. Here's a prestige set. The proof sets are much easier.

Unless there is a super high grade coin in there you want to get graded, the best way to open it, is to leave it in there and not open it.
