I believe he is just talking about the reverse and how Lincoln's face was worn down a little to make him look like he was wearing a Phantom of the Opera mask; not that there was anything major. I got a chuckle. I find it hilarious how every time Lincoln gets a body design, his face always ends up wearing in circulation and a neat design comes out. Like the Illinois quarter where he eventually turns into a zombie.
Yep, Meow noticed Zombie Lincoln too. At times he even looks like Planet of the Apes Lincoln on some Illinois quarters.
