No at best it's an xf the 36 D is a high mintage coin, and for the $40+/- that grading cost you can buy a slabed one in 64 grade range.
I will offer you two resources, and let you make up your own mind. The first is a price guide, showing the relative value of each grade: https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/united-states/nickels/24/ If you don't have a solid idea of what grade this coin is, I'll refer you to this thread here. You should buy some books, read, study, and learn about coins. I can answer every question you ask, but it's so much easier to point you to some references and help you develop as a collector: https://www.cointalk.com/threads/grading-books.347124
Maybe I should have started out my post by stating that I'm new to this hobby, I have been researching, I do have books to reference, and use mutiple apps and webpages for pricing or other information. I was looking for others opinion on top of the research I've already done.
Please believe those whom have addressed your question and not a poll that many times are false data. Your welcome and had it been worthy of spending the money to grade I would of said yeah go for it. Now perhasp it was a key buffalo oh yeah for sure.
