Quarters were made in 1975, I got them in change that year, as a kid I thought they were a curiousity, since they were dated 1776-1976.

 

There are no 1975 quarters, The mint had special permission from Congress to mint the 1776-1976 quarters in 1975 as well as 1976. There are no 1975 1/2 dollars either.

 

no quarters made in 1975 because the mint was preparing for bicentennial next year whats the the prize
