Very nice coin. I'm going to say it's a high-end AU.

    thanks:D,

can it have a lot of light scratches that arent bagmarks to be an AU though?

I can't see the scratches on this screen. That's one of the limitations of not having the coin in hand. The scratches might be a sign of cleaning or might be light wear. I can't tell from here.

It's just light wear, I don't think it has been cleaned.
but the light wear is why i said XF,but I'm still new, so I though I'd ask.
sorry about the bad pics, will try to get better ones.

I'll say AU, a little nicer than XF IMHO. So about a 53, maybe a 55? Not good at grading these, but definetly AU IMHO. Nice coin! :thumb:

Looking like an AU-53/55 to me even without glasses, LOL. Very nice coin :)

i think the technical merits of the coin, regarding hair detail and points of wear, would put this as highest end au-55. the detracting marks, being on the lower eagle and its legs on reverse combined w/an average quality strike as well as a lower end luster (not being detrimental or critical of your coin).
all that being said, i would probably give the coin an xf 45 to au50, depending upon its appearance in hand. it is a nice peace dollar and thank you for sharing it w/ us. sincerely, steve

I'll say AU. The pictures l make the coin look quite nice, or the coin is quite nice for the picture. Nice addition to any collection and good buy too.

I'd say AU-55. Why do you think it is XF?

I too will go along with the AU. Which AU is difficult from the photos though.
