2000 D South Carolina State Quarter; CUD ?

Look at the differences in the palm trees. To me the second and third pics from
the top look like a possible CUD error. What do you think?

Bulging on the palm tree, the palms. Also, I just noticed a difference in outline of the state, North West of the palm tree. Most likely damage there?
