I grade it impossible. Impossible to grade from a single static photo of each side that is. My guess however is MS65...;)

    I'll go with a 64. Beautiful coin!

The photo is over exposed but considering it’s not hiding some wear, it looks very clean, well struck, and the luster & originality look good as well.

    MS66

If it's not something silly like environmental damage, I'm going with MS 64
I think it's a bit too dark to get a color bump.

I see a few marks of some significance especially on her leg and right obverse field 64

Odd coin. Seems like there are some really well struck details mixed in with some normal weak points for a walker. Im thinking the grade came down to the eye appeal and toning. While it is clean from marks, if that toning is that dark, then i think they (NGC?) said MS64.

...areas which are commonly weakly struck.

I think this one graded MS64, but the dark rusty toning, reduced luster and weak strike prevented a higher grade.

    I thought it was a 64+ but since that’s not an option I’ll say it’s a 65.

Well, your photos are tough - the obverse is underlit, the reverse is overlit.

    I'll grade it MS-pretty.

Seriously though, I think I see some marks hidden in the obverse toning, enough to call it a 65. The luster is going to be hindered by the thick toning as well, and these really need strong luster to make 66.
